Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

About the role

Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed recovery center for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in their recovery by providing daily encouragement and structure
• Monitor and document resident well-being, administer medications, and respond to emergencies
• Assist with meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and daily living tasks
• Transport residents to appointments and facilitate educational or life skills activities
• Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as needed, while maintaining confidentiality
• Attend staff meetings and trainings, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care
• Coursework toward social work, psychology, or related fields is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Training in Fire Safety, First Aid, and Medication Administration preferred but can be completed after hire

Additional Information

The role involves local travel (up to 50%) as needed. Compensation is $17.75/hour. The position requires a commitment to providing a safe, respectful environment to support residents' recovery and personal growth.
