Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional responsible for assisting residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities: Support and motivate residents, monitor well-being, document observations, administer medications, assist with daily tasks, respond to emergencies, facilitate educational activities, transport residents, collect specimens, and attend staff trainings. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, and possess a valid driver’s license. DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire. Additional info: Local travel may be required. The role involves working on 2nd shift, including every other weekend, with a pay rate of $17.75/hour.
