Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) Seeking compassionate Support Professionals for a trauma-informed residential treatment program aiding adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to 3 months old. Key responsibilities include supporting residents’ recovery, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks like meals and housekeeping, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, transporting residents, collecting specimens, facilitating activities, and attending staff trainings. Qualifications Involve High School Diploma Or GED, preferred experience in human services or behavioral health, strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently, valid driver’s license, and optional DHS 83 training. Must be willing to travel locally (up to 50%) and uphold professional boundaries in a respectful environment. Training and certifications can be completed after hire.
