Women's Recovery Center Staff - Evening Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed recovery center for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure to residents; monitor well-being and document observations; administer or oversee medication management; assist with meals, housekeeping, and daily tasks; respond to emergencies; support residents in achieving treatment goals; transport residents; collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests; facilitate educational and life skills activities; attend staff meetings and training; and perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred; coursework in social work, psychology, or related fields advantageous; strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and professionalism; valid driver’s license; and optional DHS 83 training (Fire Safety, First Aid, Medication Administration). Note: Local travel may be required (up to 25–50%).
