Wireline Telecom Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you will join the engineering management team, providing strong leadership, project management, and accountability to a team of construction professionals. The role involves delivering engineering, construction, design, and management solutions to meet the growing telecommunications needs across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish while mentoring team members for success.
• Lead a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators).
• Assign and oversee projects, monitor progress for timely completion, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members.
• Maintain a monthly financial forecast for project management.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.

Pay

$80,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience.
