Job Title: Wine & Spirits Clerk
Department: Wine & Spirits

- General Function: Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Educates customers about products. Rotates, faces, and replenishes merchandise and ensures highest quality standards are met.

- Accountable and Reports to: District Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Manager of; Perishables, Store Operations, and Health Wellness Home; Wine & Spirits Department Manager

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service:
- Smiles and greets customers:
- Affords customers their names and addresses them by name:
- Assists customers:
- Answers the telephone:
- Works with co-workers as a team:
- Educates customers about products:
- Rotates, faces, and replenishes merchandise:
- Maintains displays in the department and throughout the store:
- Understands and follows local, state, and company policies on sales of tobacco and liquor:
- Removes trash in a timely manner:
- Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress:
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time:
Secondary Duties And Responsibilities
- Orders product at supervisor’s request:
- Assists with inventory as requested:
- Builds displays as needed:
- Assists in other areas of store as needed:
- Performs other job related duties and special projects as required:
