About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. This role is based in the Wine and Spirits Department.

Responsibilities

• Help guests find and recommend products.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Maintain inventory and organize shelves.
• Operate the register accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate with vendors and managers.
• Support the team to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old to sample products.
• Tactful and effective customer interaction.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of safety requirements and policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Functional sensory abilities for visual monitoring.
