• General Function: Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Educates customers about products. Rotates, faces, and replenishes merchandise and ensures highest quality standards are met.

• Accountable and Reports to: District Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Manager of; Perishables, Store Operations, and Health Wellness Home; Wine & Spirits Department Manager

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service:
• Smiles and greets customers:
• Affords customers their names and addresses them by name:
• Aids customers:
• Answers the telephone:
• Works with co-workers as a team:
• Edifies customers about products:
• Rotates, faces, and replenishes merchandise:
• Maintains displays in the department and throughout the store:
• Understands and follows local, state, and company policies on sales of tobacco and liquor:
• Removes trash in a timely manner:
• Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress:
• Reports to work when scheduled and on time:

Anticipated Hourly Starting Wage

$15.00 to $18.75 depending on experience.
