About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. This role is based in Menasha, WI.

Responsibilities

• Help guests find products and make recommendations.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Work closely with team leaders to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory, price accuracy, and organize shelves.
• Operate registers accurately and provide friendly service.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate with vendors, managers, and colleagues to exceed expectations.
• Support the team and fulfill other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old to sample products.
• Tactful and effective customer interaction skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of safety requirements and company policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Functional sensory abilities for visual monitoring and equipment operation.
