Window and Door Installation Manager - Full-Time, W2!

About the role

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Installation team in Boston-Andover plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by consistently delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. As an Installation Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by leading and growing a dynamic team of Installers.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing your Installation teams to effectively and profitably install our products
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement process
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have a Seniority Level of Mid-Senior Level
• Work standard hours from 6:30AM – 4:30PM
• Be located in Andover, MA
