About the role

A Sales Account Associate for Fashion Department Stores and Key Accounts plays a key role in expanding Sugarfina’s presence through luxury wholesale partners. This position partners with the sales team to grow relationships with current accounts, identify and pursue new sales leads, and support ongoing account maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day account activities for Fashion and Key accounts, including EDI order management, VDF site and inventory maintenance, routine follow-up on replenishment orders, POG/Planogram, pitch decks, sample trafficking, spec sheets, and asset management.
  • Maintain relationships with partners by anticipating their needs and collaborating with the Sales Director to strategically grow the business.
  • Analyze clients’ business data and order history to implement strategies that increase sales.
  • Merchandise and present collections alongside the Sales Director, proactively collecting projections and orders by deadlines.
  • Compile data into comprehensive reports for business reviews and analyze sell-through to optimize sell-in.
  • Meet monthly, seasonal, and yearly sales revenue goals.
  • Maintain sales flash, replenishment, and seasonal order trackers.
  • Troubleshoot obstacles with clear-headed, time-sensitive solutions.
  • Monitor the landscape for new wholesale opportunities and innovate ways to expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate as a team player, working closely with the sales team and other departments (e.g., order management, planning) to ensure orders ship correctly and on time.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of account management or sales experience, preferably with a fashion or luxury brand.
  • Experience with Fashion Department Stores, VDF, and EDI.
  • High school degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA; college degree preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, writing, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in data entry, retrieval, and analysis.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant hardware/software technologies; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
