Wellness Screening Technician Wellness / Per Diem

Essential Functions

• Perform biometric and wellness screenings (e.g., blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, bone density, derma scan, etc.) in compliance with departmental protocols.
• Documents screening results and participant interactions accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Set up and break down wellness event sites, ensuring all equipment is handled and stored properly.
• Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license
• Experience: None
• Certifications: None
• Physical Requirements:
  • In an 8 to 12-hour workday, employee stands/walks (hours at one time): 6-8
  • In an 8-hour workday, employee sits (hours at one time/hours during the day): 6-8
  • Employee lifts: Over 50 lbs
  • Employee uses hands for repetitive: Simple grasping: Yes
