About the Role
The LPN/RN Wellness Nurse supports resident care at a senior living community by assisting with clinical assessments, medication management, and care planning.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Resident Services staff
- Coordinate medication and clinical assessments
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians
- Support hiring, training, and performance management
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure
- CPR certification
- At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in assisted living or long-term care
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Adherence to safety and emergency procedures
