Wellness Nurse - Per Diem

About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) to support resident care in a senior living community. The role involves assisting in the implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including CNAs and manage medication programs with residents
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians
• Report incidents and support assessments and service plans
• Participate in staff training and orientation
• Assist with staffing, provide coaching, and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license
• CPR certification
• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in assisted living or long-term care
