About the Role
The LPN/RN Wellness Nurse assists in delivering and coordinating resident care services in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Resident Services staff
- Assist with medication management
- Conduct clinical assessments
- Support care planning
- Ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR and first aid certification
- At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in assisted living or long-term care
