Weight Loss Client Coordinator - IHC of Charlottesville

IHC Weight Loss & Wellness is a physician-directed wellness clinic dedicated to helping people improve their health naturally through personalized weight loss and metabolic wellness programs. Our mission is to provide hope, encouragement, education, and life-changing care in a compassionate, uplifting environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional patient experience by greeting clients warmly and making them feel genuinely welcome.
• Escort clients to private treatment rooms and prepare them for Red Light Therapy sessions.
• Set up treatment rooms, help clients with treatments, and answer questions.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.
• Answer a multi-line phone system with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Support clients throughout their wellness journey.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with light administrative and office duties.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure every client receives outstanding care.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Charlottesville, Virginia.
• Able to stand, walk, and remain active for most of an 8-hour workday.
• Comfortable learning new systems and following established procedures.
• Able to be on one's feet through the workday.
• Full-time availability.
• Saturday availability is required (enjoy a weekday off each week instead).
• No previous experience in healthcare, weight loss, or red light therapy is necessary.
