About the role

This position is a Patient Coordinator I role at Jefferson Outpatient Imaging - East Norriton. You will be part of an energetic, patient-focused team, interacting with patients and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

- Welcoming and registering patients - Overall patient coordination - Phone correspondence - Scheduling appointments - Inventory management - Medical record management - Training, supervising, and managing Business Office team members

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED - Ability to work independently and multitask - Ability to provide accurate and concise documentation - Knowledge of medical terminology - Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
