Patient Coordinator I

About the role

Medstar Radiology Network is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team at our outpatient imaging center located in Bel Air, MD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and lead the Imaging Center team in providing excellent patient care
• Support operational goals for both the Center and the organization
• Handle all customer and patient-facing responsibilities including welcoming, registering, and overall patient coordination
• Manage phone correspondence, scheduling appointments, inventory, and medical record management

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
• 1 Saturday per month 8:00am-2:00pm
