Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities: Support and supervise residents, serving as positive role modelsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and laundry dutiesSupport residents’ daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and complete required training Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, respectful approachValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving record Additional Details: Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed after hireLocal travel required (approximately 25–50%)
