Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration per program policiesComplete and maintain accurate, confidential recordsPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundrySupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond appropriately to emergencies and crisesTransport residents to appointments, meetings, and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Details Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approximately 25–50%) Note: The role involves supporting recovery in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential setting for adult women with infants, fostering a safe and structured environment, and assisting with daily routines and treatment goals.
