Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role Overview: The Adult Residential Support Professional provides compassionate support in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment program for adult women, including those with infants. Responsibilities Support and supervise residents, serving as positive role modelsAssist with medication monitoring and administration per policiesMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundryHelp residents develop daily living skills and achieve treatment goalsRespond appropriately to emergencies and crisesTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful demeanorValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and good driving record Additional Details Experience with DHS 83 training preferredLocal travel may be required (approximately 25–50%) Note: The role involves supporting residents' recovery, maintaining safety, and ensuring adherence to program policies in a supportive environment.
