About the role
This position involves supporting residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and positive role modeling
- Assist with medication monitoring and administration
- Complete documentation and maintain confidential records
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Support daily living skills and treatment goals
- Respond to emergencies and crises
- Transport residents to appointments and community resources
- Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests
- Attend staff meetings and training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with professionalism
- Compassionate approach
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
DHS 83 training is preferred or to be completed after hire. Some local travel may be required.
Pay
$17.75/hour
