Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration per program policiesComplete accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor with diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Information Preference for DHS 83 training (or completed after hire)Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%) Note: This role involves supporting residents through structured care, medication management, documentation, household tasks, emergency response, and transportation, emphasizing compassion, independence, and professionalism.
