Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededParticipate in staff meetings and training Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful with diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Info: DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hire; local travel may be required (25–50%).
