Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role Overview: This part-time position involves supporting residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment program for adult women, including mothers with infants. Key Responsibilities: Provide support, supervision, and positive role modelingAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry tasksSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and complete required training Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation Additional Notes: DHS 83 training is preferred or can be completed after hire; some local travel may be required.
