Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI. Responsibilities: Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents.Assist with medication monitoring and administration.Maintain accurate, confidential documentation.Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals.Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately.Transport residents to appointments and community resources.Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as required.Attend staff meetings and complete training. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach with diverse populations.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Additional information: DHS 83 training preferred or completed post-hire; local travel may be required (25–50%).
