Weekend Support Worker - Part-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Responsibilities Support, supervise, and serve as a positive role model for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and complete required training Qualifications: High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Details: Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approximately 25–50%) Key duties include supporting residents' recovery, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with daily routines and treatment goals.
