Weekend Direct Support Professional/Caregivers

About the role

Enjoy the flexibility of a customizable schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. In this role, you will work directly with clients, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning community activities.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
• Money management
• Treatment documentation
• Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
• Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
• Planning and transportation to/from activities
• Community integration

Requirements

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record
• Ability to pass DHS background study
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Schedule

Hours vary by location; all potential scheduling options will be discussed during the phone interview.

Pay

The starting pay range for this role is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on qualifications + meals on some shifts.
