Direct Support Professionals / Caregiver

About the role

We are looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver to join our team. You will work directly with individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities, providing hands-on support to help them live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Aid in daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and more.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Good communication skills (reading, writing, and communication).
• A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process.
