Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic nursing tasks as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare meals aligned with client preferences and dietary needs.
- Offer companionship and engage in activities suited to individual interests.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or psychosocial condition.
- Utilize EVV systems to document tasks and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Demonstrate dependability by punctuality and adaptability to client and family values.
- Support client independence within their abilities and adhere to the Plan of Care.
- Uphold patient confidentiality, respect rights, and report concerns related to abuse, neglect, or unsafe environments.
Qualifications
- Current certification with DFS.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and following directions.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.
- A compassionate attitude toward patient care.

Schedule: Primarily on weekends from 08:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
