About the role

As an Internet Sales Representative, you will manage our digital business prospects by nurturing inbound leads through a simple needs analysis using the DARCARS Approach to Sales. You will provide dealership and product information, answer questions, and connect prospects with in-store sales managers to guide their purchase journey. Timely follow-up and exceptional customer experience are essential in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Pull inquiries from our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
• Respond to inquiries via phone, text, chat, or email based on the customer’s preferred method.
• Serve as the first-level expert on products, services, the purchase process, and the DARCARS brand.
• Convert inquiries into dealership visits and set appointments for test drives and purchase support.
• Adhere to customer communication scripts.
• Ensure 100% of contact activity is recorded in the CRM in real time.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Meet or exceed individual performance objectives, such as response time and conversions.
• Commute between dealership locations (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required).

Requirements

• Computer savvy with full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to quickly absorb product and service information.
• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
