WAV Operations Coordinator

This role supports daily operations by assisting management in coordinating teams, ensuring smooth task execution, and maintaining effective communication. The position upholds safety and customer service standards, supports employee training and development, and promotes a respectful, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in leading daily operations, ensuring efficient communication and smooth execution of tasks.
• Work alongside and lead WAV Monitors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective problem-solving in real time.
• Assist management with new employee training to ensure all incoming WAV Monitors and drivers understand operational excellence.
• Lead by example on customer service skills and safety protocols, fostering a customer-first mindset and maintaining vehicle maintenance reporting.
• Take initiative in fast-paced, dynamic situations by addressing operational needs on the front lines.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, value collaboration, and adapt quickly.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards used within the company.
• Active driver’s license and approval on the company’s insurance.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.

Pay

$21.00 per hour.
