Warranty Technician

Responsibilities

• Inform customers of all special promotions.
• Refine communication skills and improve customer satisfaction processes.
• Participate in training as requested.
• Keep appointments with customers as scheduled.
• Must demonstrate field level application of knowledge and skills attained from all training provided.

Work Environment: Office/Field. While performing the duties of this job, the Warranty Technician will be exposed to varying weather conditions, dust/debris, and confining areas of a home for short periods of time.

Requirements

• Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential & light commercial equipment
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• NATE and EPA Certification is a PLUS
• Ability to use Company-furnished technology
• Valid driver’s license
• Detailed and goal‑oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good writing skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in retail sales

Schedule

Monday – Friday; Starting time varies from 8:00AM – 6:30PM
