About the role

Join the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States as a Warehouse Associate II at Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse duties, including pulling and assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy, conducting inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, and maintaining displays.
• Move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Handle receiving duties such as unloading inbound material, processing shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and reporting damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment daily.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, and performing general office and restroom maintenance.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety rules and reporting accidents, unsafe conditions, or acts to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Pay

Expected base pay for this role ranges from $37,000 to $46,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and is part of a broader compensation package that may include commission, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short- and long-term incentive programs.
