WAREHOUSE ASSOC II - SSC

About the role

As the Warehouse Associate II, you will own a variety of material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customer orders, and inventory checks. This position involves the daily use of forklift equipment.

The primary objective is to perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pull and assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.).
• Move, store, and replenish material, conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments and stock material.
• Process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom, and general office maintenance.
• May assist customers and prepare sales slips.
• Maintain a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules outlined in the Safety Program and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
