WAREHOUSE ASSOC II - SSC

About the role

Join the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States as a Warehouse Associate II at Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries. This position involves a variety of material handling duties, including the daily use of forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, and maintaining displays.
• Move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Perform receiving duties including receiving/unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom, and general office maintenance.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Pay

Expected base pay rates for this role range between $37,000 and $46,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and is part of a broader compensation package that may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short- and long-term incentive packages.

Sign-on Bonus: $1,250 paid after 30 days.

Perfect Attendance Bonus: $750 paid at 90 days and 6 months.
