About the role

Join the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States as a Warehouse Associate II at Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries. This role involves a variety of material handling duties in a family-friendly work environment that supports work-life balance and promotes from within.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse duties, including pulling and assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy, and conducting inventory stock checks.
• Restock and label vendor products, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), and move, store, and replenish material.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and perform receiving duties such as unloading inbound material, processing shipments, handling customer returns, and reporting damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment and maintain a clean and organized facility through sweeping, trash removal, and general maintenance.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety rules and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, and fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
• Ability to use hands, reach with arms, climb, balance, talk, or hear, with specific vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay

Expected hourly pay rates for this role range from $14.87/hr to $18.60/hr at the commencement of employment. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and may include additional compensation such as commission, bonuses, or other incentives.
