This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for the North America Professional Services team
• Build and retain high-performing teams focused on delivery excellence
• Ensure on-time, budget-conscious software implementations for enterprise customers
• Cultivate strong customer relationships for successful outcomes and satisfaction
• Manage operational performance, resource allocation, and project profitability

Requirements

• 15+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Enterprise Software, with 10+ years in leadership roles
• Experience managing a $50M+ Professional Services portfolio
• Strong understanding of revenue, utilization, forecasting, and delivery performance
• Familiarity with software implementation methodologies and best practices in customer delivery
• Proven ability to lead teams through complex changes and high customer expectations

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
