What You Will Be Doing
- Leading the complete enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion performance, and CAC
- Establishing and executing continuous experimentation to uncover and resolve critical conversion obstacles
- Leveraging GenAI tools and AI-powered workflows to enhance marketing analysis, creative refinement, funnel assessment, and execution velocity
- Developing the annual marketing strategy for virtual, campus, and summer programs, covering positioning, segmentation, channel strategy, budget planning, and quantifiable objectives
- Creating a high-velocity execution framework that reliably delivers through agencies, freelancers, AI technologies, and marketing platforms
- Collaborating directly with enrollment and school teams to convert family insights into more precise messaging and higher-performing creative
