About the role

The VP, Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and execution across all channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. They will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading marketing efforts that drive revenue growth
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies in marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a team

Pay

Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 per year
