Volunteer Assistant Women's Flag Football Coach

Position Summary

This is a volunteer position responsible for assisting in the overall operation and coaching of the Women’s Flag Football program in accordance with Guilford College guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Aid the Head Coach with organizing and conducting practice sessions.
• Support student-athlete skill development on and off the field.
• Assist in recruiting responsibilities.
• Uphold the academic and athletic mission of Guilford College.
• Adhere to all college, conference, and other policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Colligate-level playing and/or coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with the team.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
