Responsibilities
- Responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, meeting preparation and ensure appropriate distribution of meeting materials
- Responsible for processing departmental accounts payable
- Responsible for purchasing and maintaining office supplies stock
- Edits general correspondence, memoranda, presentations, etc.
- Interfaces with community management within the organization and represent the respective leadership team in a highly professional manner
- Works with confidential materials such as executive recommendations and miscellaneous other projects as they arise and are assigned
- Monitors postage and copier machines and requests service as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with PCC, UKG, ICON, and ScreenCloud is a plus
- English language proficiency

Pay
$30.71 - $42.88 hourly rate (based on years of experience)
