Executive Assistant
About the Role
Process Technology is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO, providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, initiative, discretion, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively support key priorities.
- Manage a complex executive calendar and competing priorities.
- Draft and coordinate executive correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Organize meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and expense reporting.
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, and action items.
- Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams.
- Takes ownership, works independently, and consistently follows through with minimal direction.
- Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Responds quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effectively manages multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions.
- Thinks critically, identifies solutions, and takes initiative.
- Establishes trust and credibility across the organization.
- Remains effective and composed under pressure.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Current notary license or ability to obtain one upon hire.

Schedule
This role is onsite at our Headquarters in Willoughby, OH. Occasional travel (under 10%) may be required.
