Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for enterprise VOIP and unified communications systems, including DRSN services.
- Monitor and respond to network alarms using platform-specific network management tools.
- Configure, analyze, and troubleshoot circuits across SIP and TDM environments.
- Perform configuration updates on route plans, route lists, device profiles, calling search spaces, and route partitions.
- Use ServiceNow and other tools to create, track, and resolve incident tickets throughout their lifecycle.
- Provide real-time situational awareness to leadership and stakeholders during outages or degraded service conditions.
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain maximum network availability and minimize mission impact.
- Verify full restoration of services following incident resolution.
- Support global operations by providing visibility into network health and performance.
- Develop and recommend improvements to UC/DRSN operational processes.
- Document network incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant experience supporting voice or network operations.
- A strong understanding of VOIP technologies, IP networking, and basic voice infrastructure.
- Experience with SIP signaling, call routing, and media flow troubleshooting.
- The ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights and weekends.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Requirements
- A DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) is required.
Clearance Requirement
- An active Top Secret clearance is required with TS/SCI eligibility.
Preferred
- Experience in tech control facilities or cyber transport environments.
- Experience with circuit provisioning and network operations workflows.
- Familiarity with Juniper or Cisco networking technologies.
- Experience with packet capture analysis and network troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of DRSN, VoSIP, EVoIP/ECVoIP, DSN Core, or VTC systems.
Pay
Pay range: $68,000 - $83,000 (Based on years of relevant experience)
