Unified Communications Specialist - TS/SCI w/Poly

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and DHCP troubleshooting is preferred
• Thorough knowledge of a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies
• Strong background with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Meeting Server, Unified Contact Center, and/or Microsoft Skype for Business
• Experience with Session Border Controller (SBC) and SIP detailed traces is a plus
• Managed virtualized applications or knowledge of managing virtualized applications
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to monitor and process Capabilities Service Desk tickets

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
