Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removals of Voice and Video endpoints.
• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory.
• Create, modify, and remove Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
• Configure the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems.
• Respond to security incident reports.
• Work with customer tickets in the SupportIT ticketing system.

Requirements

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree.
• Experience: 1+ years of related experience.
• Technical skills: Troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory; SupportIT ticketing system; Voice and Video Conferencing Systems.
• Certification: Must be 8570 compliant with a Security + certification.
• Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly.
• US Citizenship Required.

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Schedule

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.

Travel Required: Less than 10%.

Telecommuting Options: Onsite Work.

Location: USA MD Annapolis Junction.
