About the role

Service Technicians meet with our existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or follow up on warranty issues for customers' waterproofing, crawlspace, and foundation repair systems. Service Techs inspect, diagnose, and recommend additional products or services to address customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual maintenance on waterproofing, crawlspace, and foundation repair systems
• Follow up on warranty issues for existing customers
• Inspect and diagnose customer systems
• Recommend additional products or services to address customer needs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Home service and sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and integrity
