About the role

Responsible for leading agile development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using agile methodologies
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project scope and objectives
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Document project requirements and design decisions
• Perform unit testing and integration testing
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with agile development practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
