About the role
Responsible for leading agile development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project scope and objectives
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Document project requirements and design decisions
- Perform unit testing and integration testing
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with agile development practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
