About the role
Olympic Medical Center is located on the beautiful North Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. The position is full-time with flexible shift options including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities
- Provides nursing visits for care of patients as delegated by the Case Manager RN.
- Coordinates and implements the nursing plan of care for patients in their homes.
- Communicates patient progress, recommended actions, and physician orders to the Case Manager RN.
- Assists in the development of care plans and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participates in on-call support for patients as assigned.
- Engages in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (RN) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of one year recent experience in home health, acute care, or long-term care preferred.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license.
- Proof of automobile insurance.
- Compliant driving record.
- Computer internet connectivity and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay
Pay Range: $40.85 - $61.93 per hour.
Schedule
Shifts available include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. On-call support is provided as needed.
