The position is full-time with flexible shift options including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities

• Provides nursing visits for care of patients as delegated by the Case Manager RN.
• Coordinates and implements the nursing plan of care for patients in their homes.
• Communicates patient progress, recommended actions, and physician orders to the Case Manager RN.
• Assists in the development of care plans and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participates in on-call support for patients as assigned.
• Engages in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (RN) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year recent experience in home health, acute care, or long-term care preferred.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Compliant driving record.
• Computer internet connectivity and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay

Pay Range: $40.85 - $61.93 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts available include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. On-call support is provided as needed.
