Responsibilities
- Maintain patients' condition and assess their needs.
- Provide advice and communicate patient symptoms to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop care plans.
- Perform routine procedures and fill in patient charts.
- Administer and adjust medications according to physician's orders.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces).
- Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
- Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, 1 year preferred.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and policies.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and compassionate.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
- Patience with excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
